Itinerary:
Day 1: Sapa - Y Linh Ho _ Lao Chai - Ta Van
After breakfast, trek to Cat Cat village of Black Mong people. Continue along the valley to Y Ling Ho village followed by Lao Chai village. Lunch in the village. After lunch, start to Ta Van village of Zay people. Overnight in village. (Lunch and dinner)

Day 2: Ta Van - Giang Ta Chai - Ban Ho
After breakfast, say goodbye to the family and start to Giang Ta Chai village of Red Zao people. Picnic lunch. Trek to Ban Ho village of Tay minority people. Enjoy a swim in the waterfall in Ban Ho village. (Breakfast, lunch and dinner)

Day 3: Ban Ho - Sapa
After breakfast, enjoy a morning swim. Trek to Su Pan. Lunch in village. After lunch, transfer to hotel in Sapa by road. Trip concludes. (Breakfast)
